Tierra Ledet is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and consultant. She is the Founder & CEO of Mentalli, a company focused on providing education to the community. Over the course of her career, Tierra has worked in various settings with numerous clinical populations. She has specialized in research, assessment, and psychotherapy with the perinatal population, women, children, people of color, LGBTQIIA+, and older adults.
In her most recent roles, she worked in digital mental health startups focused on measurement-based care and collaborative care. She also has published research examining the relationship between hormones and depression in postmenopausal women.
